Moldy smell in the bedroom.

Our stay at Bidadari was simply amazing. We were upgraded to the best one bedroom villa upon arrival which is simply stunning. The top level is huge and has a self contained kitchen, bar, day bed, couch, tv and an open balcony overlooking the valley. The bottom level houses the bedroom, bathroom and huge floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the infinity pool and valley below. Presentation is immaculate and the service wonderful. Meals are delivered to your room and the quality of food is fantastic. The staff are delightful and very attentive. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the town centre (about 5 mins drive) and return every hour however they often drove us outside of these times. I travelled with my sister and we both loved it - it would be even better if travelling as a couple as the villas are very private and you really feel as if in a world of your own. 10/10!

I liked the way it was very private, the staff very kind, smiley and helpful. I liked being able to ask for the driver at anytime. The vegetation, the pool and the rooms are amazing.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family and every whim was catered for. The staff were genuinely interested in our happiness and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The villas had a traditional Balinese feel with eclectic designer touches and stunning views over a lush jungle ravine. The private infinity pool was perfect for skinny dipping. Despite there being no bar or restaurant, the delicious food and drinks were hand delivered to our villa by one of our four butlers. The service was friendly and unobtrusive, making us feel at ease and never imposing. This place is truly amazing and should be kept a secret.

Delicious food and epic breakfasts. Great cleanliness, nice and helpful staff. Varied and tasty breakfast with fresh juices and Balinese coffee. Relaxing top-floor lounge, private kitchen, and seven-star chef's cooking skills. Beautiful Balinese painting souvenir. Lovely, calm, and tranquil after busy Bali life. Outstanding service, personal experience, and amazing views from the room. Retreat-like atmosphere with the sound of the river. Outstanding barbecue dinner with an amazing private chef serving outstanding food.

For the price, we got excellent value and a beautiful room with stunning views. The location was peaceful and secluded, and the staff treated us with exceptional hospitality.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with more variety and options.

it was a great Hotel for holidays. We were in the 2 bed villas. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very close to nature, you can hear the birds, wind, river in your room and dream. Have private transport to Ubud.

The second bedroom does not have direct stairs, not suggest to family with young children.

The Retreat: Nestled amidst lush green jungles and beautiful tropical gardens, the retreat offers a serene and exotic atmosphere that will transport you to paradise.

Noise: Some mornings, we did notice a bit of noise from behind our bedroom around 8 am for half an hour.

I had the most amazing stay at a heavenly place with spectacular natural views. the villas are elegantly decorated and the service is warm and excellent. the private pool with an infinity view was an amazing experience. the SPA services were exquisite, and I had the best massage of my life. the staff treated me like family and catered to every whim. the food prepared by the chefs was delicious. it was a relaxing and indulging experience staying at Bidadari Private Villas & Retreat. Cons: Nothing for me 🌟.

The stunning views from the villa's wooden deck and the delicious food prepared by the talented culinary team were absolutely delightful. The nearby temples provided a fascinating glimpse into the history and culture of the region.

The low water pressure in the toilet and shower was just fantastic. It added an extra element of excitement and uncertainty to my daily bathroom routine.
